Suzanne Patzer Chairman was not present.

Vice Chairman Steve Sobel opened the meeting and asked for agenda items.

Tom Bishop wanted added to the agenda to discuss Public Policy.

Rod Swartz moved to approve the agenda.

Treasurer’s report was presented by Chip Berquist.

Tom Schubert moved to accept Treasurer’s Report.

Tom Schubert asked to have members list posted on website.

Tom Bishop spoken on Public Policy and Telecommunication Bill. He asked everyone to contact their Congressmen.

Tom Bishop spoke about and explained the “Snow Storm” to be on Monday evening at 9:00 PM. One minute of snow.

Tom Bishop was nominated for Election Committee Chair. Elected by acclamation.

Tom Schubert nominated Suzanne Patzer for a second term as Chairman. Rod Swartz seconded. Elected by acclamation.

Tom Schubert nominated Steve Sobel for Vice-Chairman. Rod Swartz seconded. Elected by acclamation.

Tom Schubert nominated Chip Berquist for Treasurer. Rod Swartz seconded. Elected by acclamation.

Tom Schubert nominated Jeff Weinkam for Secretary. Rod Swartz seconded. Elected by acclamation.

Tom Bishop nominated Andy Valeri for Chairman of Public Policy Committee. Frank Clark seconded. Elected by acclamation.

Tom Bishop nominated Frank Clark for Chairman of Work Shop Committee. Rod Swartz seconded. Elected by acclamation.
