The purpose of the OK Alliance of the Alliance for Community Media is to provide support, education and advocacy for its members, promote community media for and within the states of Ohio and Kentucky, and to encourage regional, national, and international efforts which support the ideals of its membership.

How would you like to be a part of an organization with the above purpose? If you are involved in community media in any form and live in the state of Ohio or the commonwealth of Kentucky, then the OK Alliance may be for you.

As a member of the OK Alliance you will receive the following:

• A twice-yearly newsletter updating you on happenings within Ohio & Kentucky as well as information updates from throughout the Alliance.
• Public Policy information and support in your state, giving you a voice in state telecommunications matters.
• Workshops on topics that concern community media centers, their staffs, and constituencies.
• Assistance to your center in promoting community media and support in times of need.
